Allocate a Trustd load
When booking a load to a driver, you have the option to ‘Protect with Trustd loads’ — doing this kick-starts the Trustd loads process.
Review & share the Pre-Check Card
Once you allocate the load to a driver, they complete a selfie check and your Pre-Check Card is available from the load details. Share it directly with your customer.
Load collection
The driver arrives on site, gets their Load Pass scanned, completes a second selfie check to confirm identity and collect the load. Trustd loads collection is confirmed in your booking record.
The centrepiece
A sharable, digital document that gives you — and your customer — confidence about who is collecting the load before they arrive on site.

With the option to brand your Pre-Check and Load Pass you are putting your brand in the hands of your customers. As soon as the load is allocated and the driver completes their identity check you can then share your Pre-Check Card with your customers and staff so they know exactly what to expect.
How to start
As a load poster, the Trustd loads process is fast and simple. When creating a load it will be defaulted to a Trustd load.
Look out for Trustd-verified drivers when reviewing your quotes — these verified drivers will follow the Trustd loads process.
The Pre-Check Card can be viewed and downloaded from the booking record. Click ‘View Driver Details’ to view the Pre-Check Card, and share with your customers so they can see all the important details about the driver and their vehicle in advance — giving them cast-iron confidence in the driver they are working with.
