When your business joins Courier Exchange, we will ask you for documentation which is appropriate for your type of business. Our Accreditation team will check this information and everything will need to be in good order before access can be given. You can load your business and compliance documents into your trading profile within the exchange, and electronically sign them as being true and correct. Any time that you change certain details in your account, such as your trading address, we will need to see your new documents to support these changes – Accreditation and ‘knowing our members’ is a key part of our process for keeping the membership information accurate and up to date.
